“I Rest My Case”

In this portion of Romans, Paul concludes his “case for the prosecution” against ALL humanity (Romans 1:18-3:20) and declares both Gentiles & Jews are guilty as charged–“we have already made the charge that Jews & Gentiles alike are ALL under sin.” (v. 9) Now what awaits is the sentencing by the Judge.
